Our complaints person is currently board member Andrew McCormick. He's also our privacy officer.

To submit something in writing to the board of trustees, write to R13 Board care of Craig Reynolds, at: Craig.Reynolds@education.govt.nz

For those doing counselling sessions at R13 (as opposed to youth mentoring), if you have any complaints or concerns you can also bring them to the New Zealand Association of Counsellors.
